We want you to understand what you are buying and how to get help if something goes wrong. This policy applies to digital educational guides purchased from Edureva and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Before purchasing
Read the guide’s description, learning topics, file format and compatibility information. Ask us if you are unsure whether a resource suits your needs. We do not take payment for a guide that has no complete deliverable file.
Change of mind and digital cancellation rights
Where UK digital-content cancellation rules apply, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period starting after the contract is made. If you expressly agree to receive the content during that period and acknowledge that your cancellation right will end when supply begins, that right can end once supply starts. We will request the required express consent and acknowledgement before immediate supply and include the information in your order confirmation.
If those conditions have not been met, or supply has not begun, any applicable cancellation right remains. Rights under mandatory law in your country may differ and continue to apply. A digital format alone does not remove your rights.
Files that are faulty or not as described
If a file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible because of a defect, or materially different from its description, contact us with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this can include repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund. We do not require you to give up statutory rights to receive assistance.
Failed downloads or missing access
Check the order status, your spam or junk folder and the Downloads area of My Account if you used an account. If a download link is missing, expired or fails, contact support. We will check payment and access records and help restore access to the purchased file. If we cannot provide the paid-for content, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Tell us if you believe you paid twice for the same intended purchase or were charged incorrectly. We will compare the order and transaction records. A verified duplicate or erroneous charge will be corrected, normally by refunding the affected payment to its original method.
How to request cancellation, support or a refund
Email support@edureva.com with your order number, purchase email, guide title and a short explanation. Screenshots of an error can help, but do not send full card details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. If you are exercising a legal cancellation right, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is sufficient; no specific form is required.
You can also use this optional message: “I wish to cancel my order for [guide title], ordered on [date], order number [number]. My name is [name] and my purchase email is [email].”
Refund processing
We will communicate the outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, without undue delay and within any legally required time limit. Your bank or payment provider controls the time needed for a credit to appear in your account. We do not substitute store credit for a refund you are legally entitled to receive unless you agree.
