What we offer
Our resources cover computer fundamentals, cybersecurity awareness, office productivity and foundational IT concepts. Guides are English-language educational materials. They do not include physical goods, classroom attendance, live instruction, examination entry, software licences or certification unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Read the individual listing for its topics, file format, compatibility, price, availability and any download conditions. A PDF reader and a suitable device will be required for PDF guides. Software interfaces can vary by edition, platform and updates.
Availability and ordering
Read the individual listing for product availability and purchase options. Digital files are supplied only where a complete file is available and an eligible order has been successfully paid and processed.
For a guide available to purchase, review the contents of your cart, enter the required details and check the final total before paying. You can correct your details before submitting the order. Orders and customer communications are in English.
Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable tax and the final amount due will be shown before an order is submitted. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges. Only the payment methods actually offered at checkout are available.
Successful paid orders are confirmed by email. If an error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange the refund required in the circumstances. We do not guarantee payment availability in every country.
Digital delivery
Available files will be supplied through the download links associated with a successfully paid order, normally in the order email and, where an account is used, in My Account. No physical shipment is included. The Digital Delivery Policy explains access and support.
Cancellation and refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. Where a cancellation period applies to digital content, immediate supply during that period requires your express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right when supply begins. Any required consent and acknowledgement will be requested separately before immediate supply and recorded in the order confirmation. Without the required steps, applicable cancellation rights remain available.
A change-of-mind restriction does not remove rights concerning content that is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet mandatory legal requirements. See our Refund Policy for the process.
Your licence to use a guide
Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to read and use the guide for your own learning. You may store a copy on your own devices and print a copy for personal study. Copyright remains with its owner. You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload for others, sublicense or commercially reproduce the material without permission, except as allowed by law. Contact us about organisational or classroom use.
Responsible learning and account use
Use practical examples only on systems and information you own or are authorised to use. Cybersecurity material is for defensive awareness and lawful personal protection. You must not use this website to distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Keep account credentials private and tell us if you suspect misuse.
Independent educational content
Edureva is not presented as an accredited institution, an official Microsoft training provider or a certification body. Microsoft and other product names belong to their respective owners. A guide does not guarantee employment, income, professional status or a particular learning outcome. See the Educational Disclaimer.
Responsibility and disputes
We aim to describe resources accurately and correct reported errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or removes mandatory consumer remedies. If you have a problem, please contact support so we can investigate. Consumers retain the protections and access to courts provided by the mandatory law applicable to them.
Updates to these terms
The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order. We may revise the website terms for future use or purchases, with the revised date shown above. Changes do not retrospectively remove existing rights.
